Design and Build is a term describing a procurement route in which a single contractor is appointed to design and then to implement that design and construct the works.

Similar in their approach, Detail and Build is another project procurement strategy whereby the design is provided either fully or partly by the architect / design team. The fit-out company then work collaboratively to Detail Design and project build execution.

With Design and Build at the core of our company, we can help you by taking on projects that have been designed to RIBA Stages 2 and 3.

We understand that staying true to the architect and designer's concept design and brief is integral to the project. We operate as an extension of your team to refine the details and implement your vision.

Our Detail and Build Process

We'll work together to define exactly where the initial concept and design has been developed to so that a smooth handover is carried out.

From here, we will then develop a Detailed Design with the initial concept at the forefront of our minds.

Any opportunities to refine or further enhance will then be reviewed for approval.

We provide a refined and specialised approach to procurement.

In a supplier landscape full of variety, we bring in the relevant wellness suppliers and approved sub-contractors to create an efficient method of delivery for the project. From fitness equipment, saunas and cryotherapy to the lighting, flooring and joinery, once we know the needs and specification for the space, we'll do the rest.

As a specialised wellness turnkey solution provider, we adopt a collaborative approach to costing. Whilst offering a premium service, we remain competitive and always work to our clients budget.
